World Superyacht Awards

26 September 2023

We are grateful and proud to had given the opportunity to contribute to three special projects which won prices at the World Superyacht Awards with our complete team! The teams of the following vessels challenged us we contributed to are MY Coral Ocean by Lurssen, MY Lusine by Heesen and MY Bluejeans by Van der Valk Shipyard.

Coral Ocean - Judges' Special Award

Length: 72.54m - Original builder: Lürssen - Refit: Ahoy Club - Exterior designer: H2 Yacht Design - Interior designer: Sabrina Monte Carlo.

The transformations made to Coral Ocean are readily apparent. The owner's objective was to create an environment where charter guests could truly appreciate every area, with a particular focus on upgrading the deck spaces. Forward is a glass-sided spa pool, while aft is a sunbathing and observation deck. This new area, in conjunction with the upgraded cabins and the sensitive approach to the refit, was worthy of a Judges’ Special Award.

The design showed a large round glass pool with a glass bottom just above the corridor to the owners area on board and following the curves of the staircase to the sundeck.

The scope of work was a perfect fit to demonstrate how Seable&Co could provide a turnkey solution. This scope would include the pool and pool equipment itself, but also the surrounding furniture and sunbed, the mosaic and glass inside the pool, the teak finish exterior, stainless steel detailing, sunbed cushions and the cover.

MY Lusine - Judges' Commendation

MY Lusine boasts an elegant exterior and on the inside, the sophisticated interior exudes opulence, reimagining the understated glamour of art deco.
Creating a bathroom with a breathtaking sea view presented our stone professionals from Seable&Co with a unique challenge. Incorporating five varieties of natural stone, stainless steel, and backlit elements, they skillfully crafted a luxurious space.

MY Blue Jeans - Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts

The judges were impressed by her striking appearance, comfortable cruising speed, spacious and easy-to-maintain engine room, high-quality construction, and well-thought-out layout. Blue Jeans, according to the judges, is a highly appealing all-around yacht that certainly met the owner's expectations. Seable&Co was responsible for the natural stonework on this yacht in the master bathroom and entrance of the saloon.
